| Got my macbook pro today =) After sticking with IBM for so many years I finally decided to have some change! I like its slim design, alloy finish, wide glossy screen, back lighted keyboard, and the windows compatibility! With 2GB of ram and C2D processor, windows VISTA runs smoothly on it. Now I can keep my little IBM as my secondary laptop and use it in bed ^^ |

| while everybody is "complaining" about this warm winter, i m gonna go ahead and take advantage of it  (sort of )
when I stopped by the store with a fd, there were the only two ppl shopping there. AND, all the ski / snow board gears were 30% off :p well, I didn't plan to buy anything in the first place, but hack, they were really inexpensive ^^
Considering I will probably stay in madtown for another year or two, I guess this will be a worthwhile investment. And of course, a good reason to snow board more, haha

| My 3-year-old iPod is dying  I guess it is partially because of the cold weather. Somehow the battery will last less than 3 hours ?
The good thing is I am getting myself a new Video ipod :p Even though I personally like the old design, the new one is much slimmer and lighter ? Cannot resist ^^ Anybody want to guess if I am getting a black one or a white one? :p

| Got this Audiovox XM satellite radio couple of days ago. After playing around it for a while I find it is a pretty cool toy. A picture first.
First I couldn鈥檛 get any signal. From the manual I found that the silly radio will work only when the antenna is facing south sky directly =.=. No wonder it didn鈥檛 work in door. Then I stick this pretty creative antenna out of my window, whoa la~~~~~~~~ It finally picked up 2 bars.

This German brand is famous for its high quality audio devices since early last century; its high cost is pretty famous too :p Before plugging it in, I can tell its super fine design and manufacture (Made in Germany). A picture is worth a thousand words, here it is:
 
Before I received it, I was a little bit worried about the fit on the ear. Holding it in my hand, I am not worried about that anymore. The leather ear pads are very soft and comfortable. Even the plastic headband is nice made.
When I put it on I can hardly hear anything else from outside. For example, I definitely cannot hear anything when I am typing on my keyboard. They gently cup the outer, upper lobe and rest comfortably on the rest of the ear. They have been worn for extended periods of time listening to music, which is a great point to me ^^ Now I can even my throw my old ear-gloves (not sure what do you call them) away before Madison抯 winter is officially here.
